How do I know which package is best for my home?

Ready to have fall delivered but not sure what option is best for you? Keep in mind the following tips: 

1. PETITE: Our most versatile package - perfect for a home with a smaller front entryway. Add some hay and mums and the pumpkins create a beautiful sprawling spread. 

2. CLASSIC: When in doubt, this package is sure to perfectly fill any porch with fall flair. Porches that are wide, have multiple levels or many steps are a great fit for this package! 

3. GRAND: This package is guaranteed to wow! Perfect if you are looking to decorate multiple porches or large event space. 

ADD-ONS:

• Mums are the perfect filler for any package. Offered in various colors we can tailor the mum selection to your personal preference and bring a bit of color. 

• Hay is the perfect addition if you have a larger porch but don’t want as many pumpkins. We suggest this as a perfect pairing for porches that don’t have steps - it truly elevates the look.

Do you offer custom packages?

Short answer: YES! We are happy to work with you to design a package that fits your needs from a unique space, corporate office, Insta-worthy event display, and more!

Do I need to pay when I order?

New for the 2023 season we are offering credit card payments! You will be required to enter a credit card to secure your purchase. We will no longer be able to accept Venmo or check payments.

Do you only offer pumpkins?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What can I expect with my delivery?

Pumpkins will be delivered from September 25th through October 21st. Deliveries and design set-up will take place Monday - Friday. You do not need to be home at the time of your delivery. Your set-up will take place on your front porch unless otherwise noted.

Customers have the option to select their preferred delivery date during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preference but cannot guarantee your delivery week. Customers will be notified by email if their delivery date is modified. Please let us know if you have a MUST RECEIVE by date. We want to be able to get you what you need, when you need it. 

How do I select my Delivery Zone?

Packages delivered in Albemarle County and City of Charlottesville will not be charged an additional fee. Packages delivered in Nelson County, Fluvanna County, and the Richmond area will incur a $50 delivery fee.

How should I care for my pumpkins?

We are delivering fresh-from-the-patch pumpkins. With that, our pumpkins will have irregularities in shape, size, and color. We do our best to provide the highest quality but cannot guarantee the life of your pumpkins. We are unable to replace rotting pumpkins. 

Check out a few of our favorite tips and tricks on extending your pumpkin display: 

• You know what they say? One rotten pumpkin can ruin the patch. We encourage you to check your patch often and eliminate any rotting produce. This will help keep your remaining produce intact. 

• Scrub a dub dub. Consider treating your pumpkins with a bleach bath or sealant that can extend the life of your pumpkins. 

• Keep water from settling on your pumpkins. You can also place water wicking burlap under your display.

What to expect for End of Season Pick-Up?

Customers in Albemarle County that have selected end-of-season pick-up will have their pumpkins removed the week of November 1st or November 24th. Your preferred pick-up date can be selected when purchasing the add-on. 

Pick-ups will take place any day of your selected week (including Saturday and Sunday). You do not need to be home at the time of your pick-up. Only uncarved pumpkins and hay will be removed. We request you dispose of your carved pumpkins. 

Unfortunately we do not offer this Add On to clients outside Albemarle County.

What is your Refund Policy?

All sales are final and we are unable to refund or credit your purchase. If you would like to transfer your package to another person or address, email helloporchpatch@gmail.com.
